Week 24

Great to see family, friends and have a proper beer. A weekend off before meeting up with MF at the Golf Club and establishing exactly what they needed for their Emergency procedure and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).  The first half of the week was split between meeting and understanding who within the Senior Management Team (SMT) did what, where and when within the Golf Club and forming the basis of the BCP.  Thursday and Friday where days spent writing the BCP and a ppt which will be presented on Monday next week.
