Finished and delivered the Emergency procedure and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the Golf Club and delivered a presentation to the CEO, Finance director and head of property. On Wednesday wen to the Facilities Management Show and meet up with AW, a long-time school friend.  Had a great catch up and bumped my gums to a few people manning stands.  Also had a great catch up with a former BP client representative, who potentially could have some work.  Yesterday was a lazy day except for taking a run over to the new storage place for my car.  Today is do some chores for Grandma, prepare for the weekends travel and have a final beer, for three months, at my local.  SB

Great to see family, friends and have a proper beer. A weekend off before meeting up with MF at the Golf Club and establishing exactly what they needed for their Emergency procedure and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).  The first half of the week was split between meeting and understanding who within the Senior Management Team (SMT) did what, where and when within the Golf Club and forming the basis of the BCP.  Thursday and Friday where days spent writing the BCP and a ppt which will be presented on Monday next week.

Sorry for the lateness of this week’s blog but I was on a flight back to the UK for a visa stamp. Because I was leaving this week was a bit hectic with general Ops Meetings with the contractors and meetings with my boss and colleagues finalising deliverable items for the project.  I wished everyone a great Eid after Ramadan next week and looked forward to getting back to see my youngest son and family.

The roll out continues to all the stakeholders.  Initial discussions and meetings have started on expanding what HPE TFM is offering full IFM for STC into the ever increasing KSA market.
