Week 10 in the KSA

Hello everyone from the KSA and the end of week 10.

The roll out continues of about 150 technical maintenance documents, the TFM HSE system based upon OHAS18001, is now complete.  Everything will now be correctly formatted and then in the next week or so will start to roll them out to all the stakeholders.  I have also done a few odd docs based upon ISO9001 and drafted a waste management policy based upon 14001.
Hope to here from you soon…………..

Week 19, in sunny and dusty KSA

The end of week nine in Saudi.  Its now becoming very hot, even in the mornings walking to work.  I had to get a Uber on Wednesday as there was a dust storm across the middle east and Riyadh.  I might have to think about getting some temporary transport but hopefully I can wait until I get back here in late June.

The roll out continues of about 150 technical maintenance documents, and I continue to write a HSE system based upon OHAS18001, I only have three more HSE ones to do then I will start on the FM management ISO 55001, 44001, ISO9001 and 14001.

Week 17 2018

Work continues well, We have started to roll out about 150 technical maintenance documents, for the management and maintenance of the Properties, the telecoms centres and the data centres.  They will be released on a daily basis but the HSE stuff is still on hold as we only received the cooperate HSE documents yesterday but they are in Arabic so I have sent them off for translation.

Week 16 2018

Hello everyone
Work continues well, but it seems that internal departments are not talking to other departments.  During a meeting this week, we discovered a Safety department.  This has meant that what I have written is now on hold until I get to see the HSE documents.  Next week sees some sees the roll out of Technical Maintenance documents to STC and there contractors.  Chat to everyone soon.
